By booking a session or retreat, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

Quantum Vibrations offers sound-based, non-invasive sessions and experiential formats designed for relaxation, nervous-system regulation, and somatic awareness.

The provided services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions and do not replace professional medical or mental health care. Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own responsibility.

Scientific references and research mentioned on this website are provided for educational purposes and do not constitute medical advice.

Booking & Contract

Bookings may be made via the website, email, or booking system.

A booking becomes binding once confirmed by Quantum Vibrations via email or booking confirmation.

Payment

Payment terms (including pricing, payment methods, and due dates) are specified at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stated, payment is required prior to the session or retreat.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling must be made within the time frame specified during booking. Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

Specific cancellation policies for retreats differ and will be communicated separately.

Responsibility & Disclaimer

Participation in sessions is at your own responsibility.

Quantum Vibrations does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

You are responsible for informing the provider of any relevant physical or mental health conditions prior to participation.

Liability

Quantum Vibrations is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

Intellectual Property

Original content, including texts, concepts, audio material, and session formats, is the intellectual property of Quantum Vibrations and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

Images and other media used on this website may be subject to third-party licensing agreements and are used in accordance with the respective license terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
